How to order via web The content below is the way to ordering our product via HAPPY ONLINE
- Please put items into cart, and request the quotation.
- We will inform the amount including delivery fee by e-mail or telephone.
Requests before 16:00, we will contact you within 2 hours. (Our business days) - If the customer O.K. with the quotation, we will keep the items for you. Then, we confirm payment method and payment dates.
- After confirmation of payment, you pick up the goods, or we will arrange delivery.
We deliver in about 3 days (Business days) after payment. If you're hurry up, please contact.
About payment
The customer has to finish the bill payment before get the product.
We have 3 payment methods for your choice.
- Transfer money via bank.
- Pay by cash at our shop.
- Pay by credit card at our shop.
※Payment upon delivery is not handled.
About delivery
- If the customer wants a delivery, please fill a message box in a quotation. The company will contact you to inform about the delivery fee.
- Usually, the company sends 1 person to delivering the product. In case of the large size of the product, we do need the helping from the customer. And in case which the customer wants to move the product up a stair, the customer has to pay more.
- The company will deliver the product to the customer’s address. If the customer’s place does not locate on 1st floor and not have an elevator, the officer will deliver at 1st floor.
- If the customer wants to move the product to the customer’s place, the customer has to check the elevator size and the assembly area place. In case which the customer wants to move the product up the stair, the customer has to pay more. If the customer wants to change the deliver method to be receiving the product by yourself, the company will not return any value.

- In case which the customer wants to move the product by the elevator or along the concrete road
- In case which the product needs to assemble or break up the fragment
- In case which the product has a heavily loaded or a large size

About "Key" attention
Basicly our products don't have key.
Even if the product can be locked,in case of used product,it doesn't have key. If you hope products with key,please contact us.
